Dear God Like Friends,
Pranams, Humble and Loving Greetings.
Time and tide wait for none. So, never stop working or practicing till the goal is reached or till the truth is revealed; the Truth about one’s own Self or the Ultimate, Eternal Identity. this is also known as Self Realization leading to God-Realization.
The Absolute Truth
Only Self Realization answers our questions and removes all suffering. This Truth or the Absolute Truth is one, the only one, i.e. each and every person is the indivisible part of God, the supreme spirit or Paramatma or Parambraham or Paremeshwara.
एकम् सत् विप्रा बहुधा वदन्ति
ekam sat vipraa bahudhaa vadanti
Ṛig Veda 1.164.46
English Translation :
The meaning is that the absolute truth is one, but, spiritual teachers describe or teach in different styles. Combining this knowledge with daily worldly life is the answer to the infinite number of questions and problems a person faces in his lifetime.
Philosophy of Kriya Yoga
This determines his experiences, actions, reactions, and interactions, which are the causes of momentary joys and momentary sorrows. This drags him into the cosmic Laws of Karma and Karma Phala, i.e. destiny. The ultimate consequence of this is stress, resulting in worry, anxiety and tension, and depression leading to psychosomatic diseases and deterioration of quality and quantity of life. The only antidote to these negative painful experiences is living life as per the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. The applied part of these teachings is the philosophy and techniques of Kriya Yoga. In the Bhagavad Gita, in the first 17 chapters, Lord Krishna taught the theoretical, philosophical aspects of life and lifestyles leading to the elimination of sufferings and Self Realization. This is also known as Self-fulfillment materially and spiritually.
