The Divine Sound
Our situation is like that. With the help of Kriya Yoga, if we can give our attention to the vital elements in our body, then within 5 minutes we can hear the Divine Sound. The moment you hear the Divine Sound you will forget the external world. You go into a state of “Samadhi”. Your entire mind and mood will change. You will be Divine. You will be so calm, quiet, and soothing that the experience you get will be pleasant. I have done some limited experiments in my clinical practice with this sound. To some of the high blood pressure patients, who do not respond to high doses of any hypertension drugs, I teach this technique. After 20 minutes, their blood pressure comes down. I have followed up a couple of cases for 3 or 4 years and the medication need has gone down by 90 %.
