यथा दीपो निवातस्थो नेङ्गते सोपमा स्मृता |
योगिनो यतचित्तस्य युञ्जतो योगमात्मन: || 19||

JATHAA DEEPO NIBAATASTHO NENGATE SOPAMAA SMRUTAA
YOGINO JATA CHITASYA JUNJATO YOGA MAATMANAH

A lamp light flame or a candle light flame remains un-flickering and steady and still. Similarly, the fully controlled mind of a yogi remains still and steady during the meditation on God.
