तानि सर्वाणि संयम्य युक्त आसीत मत्पर: |
वशे हि यस्येन्द्रियाणि तस्य प्रज्ञा प्रतिष्ठिता || 61||

The Bhagavad Gita Chapter2 Verse61

It is necessary for the spiritual seeker that he has to keep all his senses under control, he has to keep his mind calm and concentrated, he has to have full faith in the supreme self and then sit in meditation. The intellect and senses of that spiritual seeker are controlled and his wisdom is mature.
