In the Vedas, the source of Yoga philosophy and spirituality, it is mentioned,
vedāhametam purusham mahantam adityavarnam tamasah
PURUSHA SUKTAM VERSE 2
parastat twameva viditwa atimrutyam eti nanyah pantha vidyate ‘ayanaya
English Translation:

This perception and realization can bless you with Joyful Life of Eternity, where there is no suffering. There is no other way to freedom from the darkness of Divinity.
Jyoti Mudra
Those of you who are practicing Jyoti Mudra, a Kriya Yoga technique, successfully, must have perceived the Inner Bright Light of the Atma -Surya or Soul-Sun. Its perception gives you inner peace and calmness. It dispels many sins and, effects of stars and planets (horoscope). In the Holy Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 4, Lord Krishna, The Satguru or Realized Master, teaches Arjuna about Yoga,
THE BHAGAVAD GITA CH4 V1
imaṁ vivasvate yogaṁ proktavān aham avyayam
vivasvān manave prāha manur ikṣhvākave ’bravīt
English Translation:
This Yoga, I implanted in the Sun. From the Sun, the firstborn Manu learned and perfected it, taught it to his son King Ikhwaku.
Sadhana Shakti and Sadhana Sampathi
Like this, the tradition of continuity of spiritual knowledge and practice was kept alive. The Kshyatriyas or Princely Class were most active and prominent. This shows that the practice of Kriya yoga and spirituality, one should as heroic or Kshyatriya qualities, to realize the Self or God, one should have Sadhana Shakti- strength, vitality, and stamina to learn, continue the diligent practice daily, constantly for an indefinite period of time.
For this Sadhana Shakti to get Sadhana Sampathi (spiritual wealth), one need not be an ascetic or renunciate. You should remember and intelligently follow our Great Kriya Yoga Teacher, Yogiraj Shyamacharan Lahiri Mahasaya. A full, complete, and balanced life – the balanced combination of spiritual practice and hard work with a positive attitude – is a successful and worthy human lifestyle, free from stress and all types of suffering. The following prayer from the Vedas is highly informative and instructive,
swasti prajabhyah paripalayantaṃ nyayena margena mahīṃ mahisaḥ
go-brahmanebhyah subham astu nityam lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu
English Translation:
May the Rulers and Governments rule, nourish the people with justice, compassion, help the people to enjoy peace, prosperity, and Divinity. May God bless, protect all the countries and the spiritual people who love God. May all enjoy happiness.
deso yam kshobha rahitha, brahmana santhu nirbhaya
English translation:
May all clouds bring timely rains with the right amount. May The Earth produce sufficient crops and food. May the countries be free from stress, strife, sorrow, and lawlessness. May the spiritual people devoted to God, being fearless and protected, practice spirituality. There is an interesting spiritual saying in Sanskrit,
dharma rakhyati dharmikam dharmam rakhyati dharmika
English Translation:
The spiritual protects spirituality and Spirituality protects the spiritual. Nourish spirituality, and let spirituality nourish you. Daily practice of our original classical Kriya Yoga helps you to achieve this and attain Self Realization sooner. Om Tat Sat Om
May you remember your divinity and divine inheritance.
With Love and Best Wishes,
