RISHI CHARVAKA
भस्मीभूतस्य देहस्य पुनरागमनं कुतः
yavaj jeevet sukham jeevet, runam kritva ghritam pibet
bhasmeebhootasya dehasya, punaragamanam kutah.
English Translation:
The meaning of this Sanskrit verse is interesting. “As long as you are alive, live luxuriously. If needed you may borrow and live on credit and in debt. Because if you are dead and cremated, it is foolish to think about rebirth.”

Original Kriya Yoga
Everybody wants happiness. The whole world is about the search for the ideal and unending joy, happiness, and bliss. This is possible only when we reach the unending, Infinite Source of Bliss, by Self-Realization or God-Realization. To achieve this we need to calm down and control the Prana, and hence the mind. This is real Shakti-Sadhana, Pranayama, or Yoga. For this, there are direct and indirect methods. The original Kriya Yoga is the most direct, easy, classical, the scientific method. By practicing it we can joy, love, peace, harmony, and Self-Realization in our day-to-day life.
Components of Kriya Yoga
Kriya Yoga consists of:
- Pranayama – with easy and natural methods of breathing
- Simple Yoga exercises – for health, harmony, and efficiency
- Regular short periods of deep meditation – for freedom from stress and for Self-Realization
The real gain is happiness and improvement in the quality and quantity of life. This also includes a positive work culture for leading a normal and joyful stress-free lifestyle.
Life is to be lived, happily, healthily, positively and divinely.
Daily practice Kriya Yoga and allow God to help you, for a better life. If you are already initiated into the original and classical Kriya Yoga, you may rearrange your timings and practice every day twice with love. It does not take more than 15 to 20 minutes.
