Necessity of Spirituality (Kriya Yoga) Practice

Prana – The Prime Mover

In short, whatever condition the body and the mind exist during the living state, all these are born from restless Prana or Life Energy. As soon as a baby is born, the Prana, Life Energy becomes restless and the Breathing starts. As long as the Praan remains restless, the Breathing continues, and the person remains alive.

“Chale Vaate Chalat Chittam”

So as long as the Prana remains restless and breathing continues, the person remains alive and all the activities and properties of the body and mind continues. All the biological and human propensities will continue.

“Nischale Nischalo Bhavet”

Accordingly, the more Pranayama you do or practice, the Prana will become calmer and calmer, i.e., Stillness of Praan. The more the Praan becomes calm, you will become calm and the biological and animal and negative propensities will become less and less. When the Prana, becomes still, by the prolonged practice of Pranayama, then, these biological and animal propensities will cease to exist. This real Inner Purity. The mind has no more restlessness, hence no more sufferings.

Dhyana and Samadhi

Meditation is perfected and the mind gets absorbed in the Inner Self or Pure Consciousness. When the restlessness is banished, this body and mind, made up of five great elements: the Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and space become fully purified and become divine or spiritual. Such a person has no caste, no sect, no social or racial distinct. He is free from biological, social, racial, cultural conditionings. The Spirit, the Soul acts through him, even if it is condition less, free from the basic triple qualities of Nature such as

  • Satwik
  • Rajasic
  • Tamasic.

May you realize(perceive) this Sat Chit Ananda – the inner you and fulfil your human destiny.

With Love and Humbleness
