Lahiri Mahasaya says:
While practicing pranayama, when the Prana, all the time, abides on the top of the head, at that time, the yogi does not feel the existence of his body. At that time only, the yogi feels his existence only in the soul center. This is known as the Yogarudha state and always remains in oneness with God.
In this state, he attains liberation from the bondage of the mind, senses, emotions, and egoism. This is real inner detachment and freedom from bondage to the Cosmic Law of Karma. You can also attain this if you try sincerely. This is also known as remaining in the Paraavastha and working from there and remaining busy, beyond the Law of Karma.
May God and the Great Masters, Bless, Guide, Protect and Inspire you.
With much love and humbleness,
