eko vaśī sarvabhūtāntarātmā ekaṃ rūpaṃ bahudhā yaḥ karoti |

The Supreme Spirit, who is one only, who is the controller of all, who is the innermost self of all; he projects Himself (the one only) as many many forms like human beings etc. Those spiritual seekers who perceive and remember Him in their own heart, only feel and enjoy the unending joy every-day, not others.

यदिदं किंच जगत्सर्वं प्राण एजति निःसृतम् ।
महद्भयं वज्रमुद्यतं य एतद्विदुरमृतास्ते भवन्ति ॥ २ ॥
yadidaṃ kiṃca jagatsarvaṃ prāṇa ejati niḥsṛutam |
mahadbhayaṃ vajramudyataṃ ya etadviduramṛtāste bhavanti || 2 ||

(KATHOPANISAD; 2-3-103-2)

General Meaning:

All these creations, the entirety of the creation has come out from Praan, also known as Brahmam. They are directed by Praan, they survive in Praan. It is like the striking thunderbolt, extremely terrible. Those who know it and realize it, become free from the fear of disease, decay, and death. They become liberated.

NA BHAYAM SUKHA DUHKHAM CH TATHAA MAANAAPAMAANAYOH BRAHMAM TAT PARAM
TAD GRAAHYAM BRAHMAM TAT PARAM ITI

Tejabindupanishad; V-13

General Meaning:

Those who have fears feel pleasure and pain, honour and dishonor, cannot know or realize God. God (Brahmam) allows Himself to be known to those who are free from all types of fears, who are immune to pleasure and pain, honour and dishonor, and who have surrendered themselves to God only to those, Brahmam reveals itself who have gone beyond their ego and have achieved self surrender.

OORNA NABHIRJATHAA TANTUNSRUJATE SAMHA RATYAPI JAAGRAT SWAPNE TATHAA JEEBO GACCHATYAAGACCHATE PUNAH

(BRAHMOPANISAD)

General Meaning:

As the spider weaves out its web and again withdraws it, similarly the Jeeva comes out to and goes back again to the wakeful and dreaming states respectively.

Explanatory Notes:

Everything comes from memory and goes back to memory. Every living being projects its mind and senses out in the creation. During sleep, it withdraws the mind inside and perceives the dream experiences. In the wakeful state, the senses accompanied by the mind moves around-side and identifies these with its itself. By the law of conditioning and conditioned reflex, it gets conditioned i.e. bound. The Jeevatma forgets that it is his own creation.

To aggravate it, it comes under the cosmic law of cause and effect i.e. Karma or Destiny kicks in. These make things more and more complicated. Ultimately the Jeevatma forgets its diversity and freedom and imagines the creation as dualistic, positive and negative, joy and sorrow, and so on. The answer is to remove the ignorance by the daily practice of Kriya Yoga under the guidance of a realized Master. Life and its experiences are self-inflicted wounds that can be cured and prevented by the daily practice of Kriya Yoga and living a life of SHREYA and giving up the PREYA lifestyle.

May God bless you with Love, Laughter, Light, Longevity and Life.
