The benefits of Kriya Yoga for the Liver.

Function of the Liver

The function of the liver is to manufacture special items of food and nutrition for the body which we do not get in our diet. The liver detoxifies the toxins which enter our body, with food and drinks.

When we consume any poisonous material, bacteria, etc., the liver kills them and neutralizes them. All the food that we consume goes to the digestive fire in the stomach. Then it goes into the small intestine. The essence of that food gets absorbed into the portal vein and moves on to the liver which metabolizes into energy. The waste product gets discarded through the blood and the urinary function. The energy gets channelized to the entire system. Without energy, we cannot even think. The most subtle manifestation of energy is the Thought Force, which is within our perception. The greatest is the muscle function.

So, we have both intellectual power and muscle power. This keeps our body functioning so that we can realize our spiritual power. Without food, none of this is possible. But, due to the poisons or toxins within our air, water, and food, the liver gets damaged easily from Hepatitis and Cirrhosis. Once it gets damaged, it is irreparable. So, there are certain techniques in Kriya Yoga, which can stimulate, energize and massage the liver without creating any further damage. This practice also massages and spleen and other internal organs.

I pray to god and our merciful Gurus to Bless you, Guide you, Protect you and Inspire you.
