(Bhagavad Gita Chapter2 Verse56)
Even if sorrow and sufferings come the spiritual person never becomes anxious or agitated, when good times and joy comes, he is never excited. Such a person becomes free from emotional egoistic attachments, fear, and anger. Such a man of courage, patience, and calmness, is known as spiritual, a yogi, and man of meditation.
So, how to attain this state? The world, the creation is mixed Blessings. The instrument is the mind, the totality of thoughts. This is the source of actions and activities. These in turn determine our destiny.
