Meaning of the Prayer Hymn:

May my body and limbs become well nourished and vigorous. My power of speech, vital energy, eyes & power of vision, ear & power of hearing, strength in all my limbs are Brahman or Power of God, as mentioned in the yoga scriptures knowns as the Upanishads. May I never deny this truth of my oneness with God and may God never deny His Oneness with me. May my oneness with God and God's Oneness with me be well established. May all the spiritual qualities and merits as mentioned in the yoga scriptures abide in me.
