Kathopanishad Verse 1.2.12
He (God) cannot be seen easily. Deep within, He is abiding in every being, in every cave of the heart (consciousness). He is abiding in the body, which is, but engrossed in meaningless problems, like the dualities of likes and dislikes; attraction and repulsions. He the Supreme Spirit is eternal and can be perceived (realized) by the yoga of deep meditation. Having realized Him, the calm and wise person transcends, joys and sorrows.
